Student wins award for work on pioneering cybersecurity technology

A Cambridge University undergraduate, Gábor Pituk received the Gold and Silver Wyre Drawers’ Award for Excellence and Achievement in Computer Hardware in recognition of his work on CHERI, a long-standing research project at Cambridge University’s Department of Computer Science and Technology that works to protect digital devices against a large number of cyberattacks.
